1. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • In some cases, we may require the item to be returned for assessment before issuing a replacement.

2. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

  • Oh Magnets is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout—we are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses.

3. Processing Times

  • Orders are handmade and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

  • During peak periods or for bulk/custom orders, please allow extra time.

4. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom designs and bulk orders must be confirmed and approved before production.

  • Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Please note: Colours may vary slightly due to screen display and printing materials.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, packaging, and product concepts are the property of Oh Magnets.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs without permission is prohibited.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless agreed upon by Oh Magnets in writing.
